DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION ~ February 2010 - Febrary 2016

Brian joined Heat as the sole staff producer, tasked with establishing a production practice while working in the field on its largest projects. As the agency grew, he formed a production department spanning video, digital, and print producers, including in-house videography, editorial, motion design, and interactive development. No project was too small or too large for the group, as proven by the agency's varied output. At the end of Brian's run at Heat, they were awarded 2015 Breakthrough Agency of the Year by Adweek.
